Summer 2008

Kayla is enjoying her summer off, but is looking forward to starting 1st grade at a new school. She can't wait to loose her first tooth. She will be 6 next month. She loves playing with her sister, and all the girls in the nieghborhood. She likes to stay busy and is always asking "what are we doing next".

Busch Gardens

We took the girls to Busch Gardens a few weeks ago.

We found out Makenzie can now ride all the kid rides!

It's funny the things you will try with the second child that you would have never done with the first.

Makenzie's 1st birthday

Makenzie celebrated her 1st birthday last month.

She got to eat cake 3 times in one week... daycare, her actual birthday and her party.

She started walking just days before, and she hasn't slowed down yet.

She is growing so fast. Remember this time last year???

She enjoyed all of her presents.

"Makenzie you are not supposed to stand on your picnic table!"

Thanks to all of our friends and family that we able to come help us celebrate her special day.

Getting started

I am new to this blog stuff, so it may take a while to get it up in running. Here is a picture of our beautiful family....
















We are so blessed to have 2 healthy girls!
I am hoping that our friends and family that don't get the chance to see us often will use this blog to see what is going on with us and check in on us often. I will do my best to update it regularly, but with my last semester of school starting in August I can't make too many promises.
